Return Policy
100% customer satisfaction is the goal of The Crystal Ranch. The Crystal Ranch provides
a 30-day refund/exchange policy on purchases of any Crystal Ranch Designs as they are
pictured on the website. The customer will be charged a 5% restocking fee for any items
returned to The Crystal Ranch. Shipping fees will not be refunded upon a return/exchange.
The Crystal Ranch DOES NOT allow refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom
orders, unless the item is damaged upon receipt or the design does not meet the
specifications agreed upon when purchased.
Shipping Information
All purchases will be shipped via First Class Mail, unless otherwise selected. If other
shipping methods are chosen, additional shipping charges may apply to your order. A basic
Shipping Fee of $4.00 will be charged to all orders. Additional shipping fees may apply
depending on the size of the order.
Most items will be shipped within one (1) week, although occasionally it may take longer
depending upon availability.
