RETURN POLICIESThe Crystal Ranch Does Not issue refunds but will happily exchange any item that is not customized or on sale and is unworn and in the original condition within 15 days. (see return policies below)
All purchases will be shipped via First Class Mail or UPS ground. A basic
Shipping Fee of $5.95 will apply to all Retail orders. Retail orders over $99 (before tax) will receive free shipping (excluding custom orders, discounted, sale or discontinued merchandise). These shipping policies apply to the 48 contiguous states only. We ship only within the United States at this time. The Crystal Ranch will select the carrier appropriate for your order. These shipping charges will be applied to invoice upon shipment. They may or may not be accurate when checking out.
We will make every effort to ship items as quickly as possible. We will attempt to ship any In Stock Item in 3-5 business days. Most custom items will ship in 7-10 business days. Stock and custom items will be shipped together unless otherwise requested. If 2 or more shipments are requested, free shipping may not apply.
Custom Logos take approximately 7-10 business days to design. Your custom item will ship within 7 business days once the design has been approved.
On occassion, it may take longer than normal shipping times. We will make every effort to ship as quickly as possible and will attempt to contact you if shipping times will be delayed. If you have an event for which you would like to have your item, please let us know and we will attempt to get your item to you in the time needed. The Crystal Ranch and our shipping carriers do not guarantee delivery dates will not be held responsible for shipping delays.
The Crystal Ranch does not ship and UPS does not deliver on Weekends or major Holidays.
In stock items will be charged to your credit card when they are shipped. Custom orders will be charged to your credit card before the item is made. Backorders will ship and be charged automatically when they become available. Backorders must be cancelled in writing by customer via email or fax.

All items returned to The Crystal Ranch must be returned within 15 days, be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and must have Return Authorization from The Crystal Ranch. Please call or email to receive authorization before shipping items. All returns must be mailed to The Crystal Ranch, 15076 Hwy 6, Rosharon, TX 77583.
Return your package to us using the mail carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number. (We are not responsible for lost packages.)
We will gladly replace any item if the item is damaged upon receipt or the custom design does not meet the specifications agreed upon when purchased AND is unworn and in the original condition. If the damaged item cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued. Shipping charges will only be refunded for damaged/defectives goods or an error on our part.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for shipping charges. New and Actual Reshipping charges will be charged to credit card for merchandise exchanged. Free shipping will not apply to exchanges.
All Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for free shipping.
We make every effort to closely represent the color and description of all items. Colors are viewed differently on all computer Monitors. Refunds will not be given for merchandise or shipping charges for discrepancies in color.

CUSTOMIZED RHINESTONE APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES Most items purchased on this website are made to order specifically for the customer at the time it is ordered. Therefore, The Crystal Ranch is unable of offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any "customizable" item.
Please view the size and color charts carefully before placing an order for any customizable apparel. If you have any questions on sizing, please call us for assistance.
IN STOCK RHINESTONE APPARELThe Crystal Ranch provides a 15-day exchange policy on purchases of any "IN STOCK" Crystal Ranch Designs as they are pictured on the website. Any change in shirt or rhinestone color or shirt style are considered "Custom" and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Any "IN STOCK" item can be exchanged for any other item on the website. Additional reshipping fees will be charged.
THE BOUTIQUE, ACCESSORIES and SHOESThe Crystal Ranch provides a 15-day exchange policy on purchases of any items (excluding sale items) on the website under these categories. We will try our best to exchange the item for the size needed. But the quantities in these sections are limited so we are unable to guarantee the replacement item will be available.
Any of these items can be exchanged for any other item on the website. Additional reshipping fees will be charged. No refunds will be issued. All Sale items are Final Sale.
RHINESTONE TRANSFERSThe Rhinestone Transfers purchased on this website are made to order specifically for the customer at the time it is ordered. Therefore The Crystal Ranch is unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any rhinestone transfers. If the transfer does not meet the specifications agreed upon when purchased and is in the original condition, The Crystal Ranch will gladly replace the transfer.
Please check each transfer. The Crystal Ranch will gladly exchange misprinted transfers, but will not be responsible for misprints, misplaced stones or customer's apparel once the motif has been applied.
