Football Jerseys will have Name and Jersey Number on the Back.  If you do not have your jersey number yet, please put "TBD" for the number.  If you have 2 players, please leave a note that you want 2 numbers and where you would like the number (EX. 12 on left sleeve, 13 on right sleeve in lieu of large number on back)

Cheer jerseys will have Name with the Megaphone on the Back.
